Desert Dine is a full-service catering company handling menu design, chef + service staff, on-site cooking or kitchen build-outs, buffet or family-style presentation, and coordination with trusted local rental partners for tables, chairs, place settings, glassware, and more.

Do you provide catering staff for events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide professional chefs and service staff to execute a seamless event. We can also offer drop-off service when a lighter touch is preferred.

Can you accommodate special diets?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We regularly tailor menus for gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and low-carb preferences, and can customize a menu to your needs.

How far in advance should I book your catering services?

Accepted Answer

Ideally one to two months in advance, especially for larger events and weddings. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability—reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you provide event catering outside of Palm Springs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We serve the Greater Palm Springs area and beyond, including Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indio, La Quinta, Coachella, Thermal, Joshua Tree, and Yucca Valley. Additional destinations available upon request.
